Taking a break…

From George, the editor of FantasyRugbyGeek.com…

I’m not one for self indulgent posts about me.

Unfortunately, real life is starting to get in the way of allowing me to fully commit to FRG right now. It’s always been a bit of a challenge balancing a busy job, a family with 3 young kids and coaching the kids at my local Rugby club. However now, as I head into a new role at the day job that will require a huge amount of my time initially, something has to give, and regretfully for now that has to be FRG.

Having not missed a single week of matches since starting FRG up back in 2017, this is not a decision I make lightly, and I fully intend to be back up for the start of the 2023 Six Nations, but for now I need time and space for a couple of months, and so for now the weekly Premiership, URC and Champions Cup tips will be on hold. I will probably be a little quieter on Twitter for a bit too.

While this is definitely not a goodbye, it feels like a good time to say some hearfelt thank yous to the supporters that have kept me doing what I have been doing for so long…
